We had a tought time to get through on a normal call to tech support
We had a tought time to get through on a normal call to tech support. I tried the whatsapp line and the service was FANTASTIC. I did not get a name for the person on the other side, but the prompts were fast and after establishing that the problem was on our side it was quickly resolved and very professional. Thank you MeteoFibre
