Waiting forever for my paid up letter
I have been sent from pillar to post for my account when all I want is my paid up letter. Their attorneys HC Collections are always lying and promising that they will send the letter and they even confirm my details over the phone. I don't want to go into details about how I was harassed to pay for this account that I never used.
