VPN access problem using the Metrofibre line.

I logged a call with support on Monday morning with regards to my VPN access I told them that am now working from home full time. and that every time I try to access my work VPN using the Metrofibre line it will connect for a few seconds, then drops. When hot spot my phone the VPN is stable. Our IT guys at work said the problem was not with our system but Metrofibre. They must have blocked the VPN access portal on my router. I made the first call at about 8:58am Monday morning to Metrofibre and was told that I should try to access my VPN after 3 hours my issue should be solved. After 3 hours the problem still persisted, and I then called Metrofibre and gave them my ticket number that had I was given earlier. The guy who answered my call told me he actually knew what how to fix the problem. He tried to assist but he said he couldn`t access my router. He said that would escalate my problem and that I should check after an hour. After an hour the problem still persisted and then called Metrofibre again. The lady who answered my call told me to hold for a while, while she spoke to someone. She came back to me and told me that they said the turnaround time for logged tickets is actually 24 hours. Therefore, my issue should be resolved that evening or the next morning. Up until today my issue has not been resolved. I don`t know whether Metrofibre cannot actually fix the problem. All I need if feedback, so that I can look for other options. Am currently hot spotting my phone but my data will soon run out. As I mentioned earlier, am working from home full time.

There was no email sent to me with the ticket number. I was given the number ***, when I called in and spoke to support.
