Vodacom fibre is the worst

We have been struggling with our vodacom fibre network now for months. We are paying for a 500 down an upload speed and we have not one month received this speed. When we complain they say it is our area. Or our phones that is old and that is why when we do a speed test only getting sometime 100 download. If we are lucky we might on an odd occation reach 200. But we are paying for a 500mdps. I see as per all the reviews alot op people complaining about it. Please can we have feedback. I have lodge numerous complaints and it is not getting resolved. When i wanted to cancel the person told me i wll then pay double. For Vodacom and the new place i wanted to join. Not once was i refunded anything as I am paying every month for something i am not getting. I will be forced to cancel my debit order and they can then get half the money half the service we are getting. I have been with vodacom for over 15 years if not more and this is the service we are getting.
