Very poor problem resolution
I have been Struggling without success to get my internet working for 7 days 25 calls later 2 technician visits later Still NO Internet

Your customer service is all to keen to try and convince the client that it is the clients fault
Actually told me today that Metrofibre only provides a LAN service and cannot take responsibility if the WIFI does not work
I have now send your support email adres your LAN speedtest results showing your network does not work
Please fix my internet
