Very frustrating!!!!

I have been with Metro Fibre for only a few months but I have been having trouble with them right from the start. First they did not give me a Ref number right away when I wanted to pay so I paid and informed them of the reference I did use. Later that same month I got a suspension notice and I paid the same amount again. This has been going on ever since and I am sick of it. I am supposed to be in credit for two months worth and they acknowledge it but it just do not rectify the problem. They are either dishonest or ***********. I would rather use Vodacom again even though it is more expensive AND uses Metrofibre
