Useless service provider!!!disgusting client service

Absurd service.internet has been off for 2 full days and they care not to resolved this with urgency or even update us. Their Twitter account is just as useless as logging a ticket.

We work from home and school online.how in the hell do we do any of this with a useless service provider like one who doesn’t care about it’s clients.USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER! Flipping ridiculous!
