Useless service provider

I just did a purchase with them and have been waiting for a technician to come connect the fibre to my place and all they do it’s empty promises even today nothing have been done all they tell me is nonsense after another nonsense I choose them because they were highly recommended but now I’m honestly not happy all I want is to get their nonsense part out of my place so I can find another service provider.
