Useless service provider.

The worst service provider ever, we haven’t had any internet for the past two weeks. Whenever we call; they refer someone to check what could the issue be, both the referred people didn’t know what the problem is and when it will be solved. It is starting to get annoying because when they deduct they deduct in full, but whenever they have to offer a service it comes half.
