Useless metrofibre employees
Still no feedback from the so called managers department on the 4th they said it is send to accounts manager to attend on the 10th i posted on hello Peter and Marilize respond with she send it to accounts manger and is flagged for there attention and yet no feedback or call so if this is how long there flagged priority case is i dont even want to think how long is a normale case taking.
I phoned now alot of times and yet no one can answer or assist me they just say sorry we wil send it to this manger and nothing so please anyone with a director nr maybe then we wil get somewhere because everyone sofar there looks like they are useless
