Useless metrofibre

The worst service ive ever experienced from #Metrofibre in my life. Useless is most definitely an understatement.

So on the 14th of July i got in contact with #Afrihost for fibre to be installed at my house. They were very accommodating and in a blink of an eye on the 16th they rocked up to come install the line and then a second person came out to install the ONT, so the second person told me that there is some sort of issue at the main box and that a technician will be in contact with me to come fix it. Needless to say that my neighbour has an active line from the same box. I have made numerious calls, whats app messages and emails just to get a technician out to come sort out the problem, the only feedback i keep on getting is that #Metrofibre will get in contact with me. So today is the 31st of July and i have not yet received a single call. I am disgusted in the absolute poor service and i honestly would never recommend #metrofibre as a preferred service provider. They are fu#&ing USELESS.
