Useless ISP full of empty promises

2 weeks later and no technician has been sent to my house . Metrofibre is the worst ISP I have had to deal with . I have spoken to Ayanda and she promised that someone would come today and that she would call me back , Sheraldine also promised my partner that she will definitely send someone today and guess what no ones has called to confirm appointment just empty promises as usual.. This company is ****en useless.
