Useless beyond belief.

Although their network is stable their customer service not so much. They can actually tank their stars for that. I have never in my life had such bad customer service in my life. Been struggling to get portal access since I joined them in September last and no joy what so ever. I have since complained on social media and nothing from them I have logged tickets for them just to close it with out contacting me and then asking me to rate their service. I have escalated to their complaints department which apparently does not exist as there no feedback form them neither. You phone their call centre and they push you from pillar to post and nothing gets done. So now I am stuck in limbo with nobody assisting me at all. They really need to work on their service.
