Useless and ****s

I have never been so frustrated over a 5 week period with one service provider in my life. From the onset it has been issue after issue and more so than that 90% of their call centre agents are either ****s or have no idea what they are doing so they then once again lie.

I have a lower speed than what I signed up for and every other day am calling thier call centre where you hold for anything from 20-45 minutes to get any form of service.

I have no internet more than I actually do and at this rate will be finding a new service provider as I can’t keep going on like this
