Urgent refund 9f r240 x 6

I submitted all receipts of r240 where I need a refund back to my credit card, it has been more than month and metrofibre till owes me money. O am still waiting for metrofibre connect to be activated. I urgently need metrofibre connect activated...and refund 6 x r249 for his 55 fennel
