Unsatisfactory service
Unreliable connection and unsatisfactory customer service. I have been patient with this ISP for over 6 months. Yet montly internet disconnections and not responding to thier communication channels, no explanation, no feedback on logged tickets..

19 Apr 2024, 14:23After numerous attempts again yet today I arrive home and there is still no connection at my home. This is unacceptable to a paying customer. Worse is that I am not that only affected customer in my area with this negligence that is now costing us financially on a daily.
