Unreliable Fibre Network

It's been a nightmare getting connected to Metrofibre after it went live in November 2020, I only got connected in January 2021, I stay in Karenpark and I get network disruptions every 15-20min, throughout the day and it’s hard to work with an unstable internet connection and in the evening I can't stream a 30min episode without getting disconnected 2-3 times. Fibre is supposed to the best, reliable internet but that is not the case with Metrofibre I had a much better internet experience with my uncapped LTE, if only Vumatel had not wasted time with petitions and installed fibre in our area, maybe our experience would be great.
