Unreliable and unhelpful
I have been offline since Friday and cant seem to get any help from them. Have to spend an eternity on the phone just to try and even get hold of them. Everytime they come to the complex to fix someone's line, i get disconnected. In November they took over a week to put me online again. I even complained here on hellopeter then as well.
