Unprofessionalism

<p>I had requested that a fibre installation be done for my unit as part of a complex in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. I had arranged with the sales representative , Amelia von Abo that someone contact me in order to establish the time and day of installation so that I may arrange access to my property with my tenant. This was never done. When I contacted Amelia to notify her of this oversight, she said that the company has so many installations to do, it is impossible to contact all the owners to notify their tenants. If this was to be done according to her, their project would never be a success (as she confidently stated, they have "thousands and thousands" of installations). I was unhappy because she had agreed to notify me or at least arrange that I be notified through their contractors. She said in a sarcastic tone that she never saw what the problem was in her not honouring her promise... I stated that her unprofessionalism is problematic for me as I will be paying thousands of rands going forward for this service, and as a client, this treatment is uncalled for. She said that "well, you haven't paid anything as yet". I was dumbfounded by this response. I asked to speak to her manager, Jacques. He was out of the office at the time. I am displeased with this treatment. </p>
