Unprofessional Finance Department.

Unprofessional finance department. For three months I had issues with them insisting that I had an outstanding balance only to realize that they had mistakenly moved my account from debit order to prepaid. They acknowledged their mistake and rectified the error. A week later I get an email that my account is outstanding again.

Sent an email without any success or any response from them. Out of frustration I made a deposit just to get them off by back and yet they continued to debit me for the month. Wow!!!!
