Unbelievable Service Delivery

There's been absolutely no improvement since mid March although an upgrade was done. The ISP has tried several times to rectify the matter ito no avail. They are awaiting metro to reconfigure or replace the ONT. Vox has tried to help but it hasn't made a difference. Seems like my source of income and ,means to earn a living is something metro fiber wants to rob me of as they haven't bothered to call or send in a technician yet. I have been waiting for 72hrs since last Wednesday for metro to respond at least.
