*****ulent activities allowed on my account
Metrofibre is a bunch a ****mers. How do you allow someone who is not the account holder to do an upgrade on my behalf. So that means we are not safe at metrofibre because anyone can call to make changes on my account without my knowledge. I need a manager to call me back immediately because due to this upgrade that you allowed to happen i am in debt of R1000. How do you guys expect me to pay for something I didnt sign up for. Why dont you guys perform security checks before amending our accounts. Please also remove this 067 27 number from my account .
I need someone to call me back before i take this matter further. I am extremely disgusted at the service received from metrofibre.
