Think twice!

Frustrating! Very quick to take your payment, very quick to send a generic response to any query, but otherwise zero happens! Plenty of " logged" tickets and " promises" to send a technician, or contractor, again, nothing. I suggest that people must do their homework before signing any contract because the customer service is shocking!
