There is respectable lady there called Nosipho Mboyi She really understands what customer service is about. Her voice is inviting, calm and enquiring. She is very patient, takes you step by step and most importantly LISTENS to both you displeasure and your appreciations. She patiently guides you to inform you of how far they can go ito helping you and will only drop the phone after making sure that you are fully answered. Thats good client service ....thank you.
