THE WORST ****ING COMPANY . *****STERS!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I had services with metro fibre with an agreement of eft payment on a monthly basis . On the 30/10/2023 i requested for the payment method to be changed to a debit order and signed a debit order mandate .Ticket reference number is: 30470. Till January 2024 there was no debit order done . At the end of January i get an email that i owe money yet they had agreed on the debit order . My services were cut off at the beginning of January. Ive spoken to managers and concluded that i will not continue and that they are not allowed to debit my account . On the 03/05/2024 R2740 was debited from my account without my permission. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!! HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME FOR A CANCELLED SERVICES !!!!
