The service I have received from Metrofibre Go is beyond atrocious!!! The word to describe your pathetic customer service is yet to be invented! I have been struggling to get my line activated for over a week and no can provide me with any useful updates. Metrofibre passes the buck to Vumatel and vice versa. You are undoubtedly the worst ISP I have ever dealt with, and all your customer reviews are a testament to that!. Beyond pathetic.
