The services are so pathetic I would not use them even if I was offered this wifi for free.

I require assistance would cancellation of the contract. I sent an email and I failed to receive a response. I called multiple times and I was advised that they have not received my communication and the call was dropped. I called again and waited on the line for over 20 minutes and no assistance. Please assist to cancel this contract.
