The pathetic network service provider

I’ve been asking your *********** office to activate my network. Their estimated waiting period it is 3 days max. I am on 20 days of waiting Everyday I am told a different story, they keep telling me to send something to them and they claim they will phone back and they never do They don’t respond to emails. They keep escalating the matter to who I don’t know Everyone has a different story that shows you don’t have a communication to solve matters but to escalate You are the most pathetic service provider I would never recommend you to anyone You are just useless and best in inconveniencing people. I’ve been calling their office and they will transfer to sales and support dept and the phone gets cut off without talking to anyone Your office it is so useless I don’t know why don’t you just close it.
