The award for MOST USELESS ISP goes to...

The worst customer service you will ever receive from any company. After 4 months and numerous emails, they still couldn't load a debit order to my account, then they suspend my line for non-payment.

Also every time it rains, the internet goes down, when the rain subsides it comes back on again. Fibre is not supposed to be affected by weather! After 3 months of complaining about this in numerous emails, whatsapp messages and calls, even sending them videos everytime it occurs, they sent a contractor out on a sunny day to test my line (which was obviously fine at that time).

They close support tickets without resolving them... They ignore emails... (Except when you send a Proof of Payment, then they can respond within minutes) You're lucky to get through to them on the phone to get assistance...

All in all, the worst experience I have had with any ISP ever...
