The Amazing Ntsiki and Metrofibre

I just want to share my experience with Ntsiki from Metrofibre. She went out of her way to help me get connected. She went beyond the call of duty with mad organisation s****s and co-ordinate with my ISP to get things done. Before she helped me, I had been sitting for 3 and a half weeks waiting for internet. She has literally save me from losing my job amid all this crisis. I cannot thank her enough. To her boss, you have one hell of a woman in your department! Thank you!
