Ben Winkler was prompt and professional, arriving at the appointed time. He was friendly and did his job with fervor. Unfortunately the signal box that was installed by a previous tenant was damaged but Ben promptly explained the situation and sent through a repair request. Before he left, he explained with pictures how the device will work once the signal box is repaired. Thanks Ben!!!
