In a world of escalating costs, it is welcomed when companies give something back.

MetroFibre recently upgraded our Fibre line from 25mbps to 50mbps. The rates were kept the same.

I think part of this might be the fact that other ISPs provide internet and fibre service at cheaper rates; nevertheless, its good to be valued as a customer.
