Terrible support

We've been without internet since 27 December. Metrofibre has been useless in sorting this out. We have called them several times each day, but nobody seems to keep track of what has been tried and what not. 'Escalations' to Vumatel have also been fruitless and Vumatel itself has no support centre anymore. Email requests for information and assistance are also simply ignored.
