Terrible service provider
The worst. They always have outages,red light issues etc lack of communication. They have no escalation process. You will only ever talk to the agent who has no power at all, and even they will not call you back as promised.

14 Feb 2024, 20:54I had requested to speak with the supervisor, Nthabiseng, but unfortunately, I did not receive a callback. I have been experiencing downtime during work hours every second month, and it has reached a point where I am contemplating switching to a different service provider. If there is any maintenance taking place, I kindly request that you ensure your services are restored to normal during work hours. In the event of another power outage occurring within the next month, I will be compelled to make a move.
