Terrible service from Metrofibre

We have had a fibre line installed for over a week but have only been able to use it for a couple hours due to technical problems. We have called in every single day and tickets are being logged, but nothing is being fixed… Instead of logging tickets, fix the issue! For days in a row, I have requested that a technician be sent out, to no avail. The agents keep asking me to do the same thing, reset and reboot, but the problem persists and no one seems to be too bothered that the problem does not get fixed. They are happy to take my money for internet that is not being provided. We cannot even watch tv, as the line drops every 5 minutes. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this service provider!!!!
