Terrible Service

I am an extremely un happy client it has taken a month of fighting to try and get what I am paying a lot of money for and it seems like everyone I speak to is uncapable of helping me. it is extremely wrong to allow customers to pay for a product and expect them to pay for a product and the customer not receive the product that they pay for i wish you guys could just solve my problem and it seems it has come to me doing this to try and actually get it fixed.
