Terrible service

Terrible service guys. My wifi was installed on the 25/01/2024 and already experiencing issues with the signal. The signal drops almost the entire day. Logged tickets on their platform but they failed to respond. So disappointing and will definitely be considering cancellation if the problem is not resolved.
