Terrible service

I am not happy with the service am getting from you guys. Our internet has been down since the 22nd of November, my husband contact the call centre, logged a ticked. No one bothered to contact us back or at least solve the problem, we work from home, we need the internet 24/7, I see why the overall rating is so low. Can you please sort this issue as soon as possible. We need the internet.
