Terrible service

They switched of my Fibre line on the 17th April cause I owed a R69. I always pay extra on my R700 line, the one month I pay short they switch it off. Regardless of that I paid a R800 on the same day to cover the shortfall and R700 for the new month. Two days later and my line is still off, I have mailed them, called them but I never get through.
