Terrible service

Terrible service!! Since last week I have been complaining about my internet that is down each time I hear no it has been escalated to the technical department and an technician will call me within an hour but n one calls. I explained that I work from home and that this is a loss of income for me but that does not even seem to bother, yet on the 1st they expect full payment.

This is terrible
