TERRIBLE SERVICE

I sent a request for my debit order date to be moved to the last day of the month. I get an invoice on the 2nd to pay immediately when I tried to contact the accounts on whatsapp,phone and email I have yet to get a response. This morning the debit order goes off on the 4th of the month!!!!! They have to be the most useless company ever
