TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was assured that an urgent installation was requested as my husband works from home. When I followed up I was advised of the normal waiting period for installation. Today the termination point was eventually installed only to learn that we still don't have a router, which still has to be couriered. We will hopefully be connected on Tuesday next week. Today is Friday . . .
