Terrible ISP company to use

It’s 3 weeks now without connection and everyday all I get is that technicians are on site whereas no metrofibre technicians can be seen or their vehicle. All of their agents are trained to lie and to offer bad service and they don’t even care about their clients as they will tell you if you wanna terminate you can email them anytime.
