Terrible internet and no service from finance department!

I have been begging for the debit order date to be changed to no avail. I also cannot even stream at 360P and I have a 250Mbps line for which, I am paying close to R900 for!

Nobody seems to care at this company and I really am at my wits end and am considering changing ISP now! how can I not stream at 360p??
