Terrible customer service

I have submitted a change of a Address on the 2nd July 2024 and my email was acknowledged and i was told that my query was escalated to the relevant department. Till today I am still struggling ,my internet serviceis is till not active,I have followed up with them since begging of this week every time when I call i get different stories. This people don't know what they doing, i paid on the 4th of the july already,I've submitted all the necessary documentation required and explained several times that i need my internet service to be active because i'm woking from home. Your service is terrible and you don't care about your customers.
