I want to thank Ruan van Rooyen, the technician that installed my router, for exceptional service. After installation it turned out that there was something wrong with my fibre and I could not yet use it… Ruan took it upon himself to sort out the problem for me and ensure prompt assistance from Metrofibre’s side.
