Take client money and not service them

This company likes only taking money from client we made payment for our account for this month and they didn't suspend our wifi ,until the 8th day we then enjoyed service for only 3 day after it was suspended again when you send them email they don't reply sent to tebogo @finance and their finance email it been 2 day no respond on their whatsap when you ask them why is it suspended again they say send proof of payment that you already sent to them but month end they will close it again and tell us about payments the we enjoy service for 1 week but paid for 1 month this company needs to be reported
