Support does not exist
They took a week to activate my ftth. Wrong equipment! Ftth Worked for a few days and is now dead. Phoned support was put on hold by operator for 15 minutes. Line dropped. No reply from chat. Complained on website, no support.

14 May 2023, 12:01It took 2 days for a technician to come and swop out the Calix router that had broken. Now I have to wait for them to activate the router. I was told it normally takes 2 hours but the technician promised to have it done in an hour. 24 hours later and still waiting. I am starting to regret moving to Metrofibre.

I did a speedtest and the line is only giving me 30Mbs upload and 25Mbs download. Why? Incompetence seems to be the only reason! So back to complaints!

Update 2nd month. I am experiencing lots of disconnections and constant slow speeds at peak times with all the bad buffering that makes me regret my move to Metrofibre Networx. The speedtests say it all! Where are the 250 Mbps that I am paying for?
