Still awaiting ANY feedback

We have moved to a new house and have been without internet since the 15th. We call and are told they will call us back - no one has. They say they will email us back - no one has. The matter has been escalated and nothing has been done. I hope they know that we will not be paying for a full month when the invoice comes because this is ridiculous customer service in the worst way!
