Stay Clear of Metro Fibre!
Metro Fibre will go down as the worst service I've paid to use, across the board! Customer service is atrocious, comparable to government departments in PMB. Their accounts department is shambolic, the technical staff are as competent as FET college hires. I'm 6 days away from completing a month with a singular issue they can't seem to identify, let alone resolve. Metro Fibre is what you get if The ANC opted to venture into the ISP market.
